Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise a tree crew on a daily basis
Perform advanced climbing, pruning and tree removal operations
Conduct pre-starts, risk assessments and site safety inspections
Mentor and train apprentices and developing arborists
Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders on site
Complete job documentation and reporting using company systems
Ensure plant, equipment and vehicles are maintained and operated safely
About you
Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a climbing arborist
Demonstrated experience leading crews and mentoring staff
Current Driver's Licence
Strong knowledge of safe work practices and industry standards
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Desirable:



Experience working within local government or commercial arboriculture environments
