We are looking for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Croydon. You will lead a team of practitioners and work with clients to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop behaviour support plans.
Provide training and support to families and staff.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Behaviour Support or Psychology.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
