Key responsibilities

Deliver secure, high-quality and evidence-based nursing care in line with qualified standards and Barwon Health requirements.

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.

Contribute to safety, quality improvement, audits and service initiatives within the clinical area.
n
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and comply with relevant clinical, regulatory and information management requirements.

What you need

n

Registered Nurse with minimum of 12 months acute nursing experience at the commencement of program.
n
Motivated and committed to building knowledge and clinical confidence Effective communication, willingness to embrace feedback and work collaboratively to deliver protected, high-quality patient care.
n
Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
