Where You'll Make an Impact

Lead operations, staffing, and community engagement for a 5-room childcare centre. Drive educational programs, maintain compliance, and mentor a secure team.

Duties
Lead staffing, recruitment, rostering, and professional development
Drive high-quality educational programming and regulatory compliance
Build occupancy through community outreach and local marketing
Oversee budget, operational reporting, and quality improvement plans
Mentor staff and support team hands-on when needed

Is This You?
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Valid Working with Children Check (NSW) - Don't have one, that's ok, we will pay for this for you as part of your package!
First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
Leadership experience as Centre Director or senior 2IC
Strong communication, community engagement, and operational skills
