What We Offer
Full-Time Positions Available
Excellent Pay Structure:
$33.50 p/h base (plus weekly performance bonus)
$45.00 p/h after 7.6 hours worked
Saturdays $45.00 p/h for the first two hours $60.00 p/h thereon
Weekly Performance Bonus: +$1.50 p/h on all hours worked
Overtime Available
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: Start time between 5:00am & 7:30am - Typically 8-10hrs
Saturday: Start time between 5:00am & 7:30am - Typically 4-6hrs

Drive contemporary, fully automatic, well-maintained trucks





About the Role

As a Concrete Agitator Driver, you will:
Deliver premixed concrete across Melbourne
Operate and maintain agitator trucks safely and efficiently
Assist with general yard and plant duties
Keep vehicles clean and presentable
Work as part of a supportive, team-focused setting

No agitator experience? No problem — full training provided

What We’re Looking For
Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence (minimum 2 years held)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Valuable communication skills
Commitment to safety (OH&S;)
Ability to work independently
Must be available to work Saturdays
