About the Role:
n
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to joinour team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is confident ina client-facing position and has proven experience leading andrunning projects from beginning to end. You will play a key role in deliveringhigh-quality design solutions while managing client relationships and guidingprojects through all stages.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to completion
n
Act as the primary client-facing contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
n
Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and practical design solutions
n
Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed documentation
n
Prepare drawings and 3D visualisations
n
Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
n
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
n
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
n
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is achieved
n
Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain high design standards
n
Source and specify materials,



finishes, furniture, and lighting, FF&E; Selections and have an eye for the material selections
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture
n
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
n
Solid client-facing and end-to-end project delivery experience
n
Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills; proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
n
Strong construction documentation, detailing and joinery capability
n
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes and regulations
n
Experience coordinating consultants, reviewing shop drawings and resolving site issues
n
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
n
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and quality control
n
Availability to work full-time from our Melbourne studio
n
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Mandarin language proficiency is highly regarded, given our work across Asia and international client base.
