ATTARDS is currently seeking amotivated and reliable Factory Hand / All-Rounderto join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in theday-to-day operations of our factory.

Hours:
We are seeking someone who is available to workfull-time hours,Monday to Friday.
Start Time:7:30 AM
Finish Time:3:45 PM
Overtime is available and encouraged.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards and specifications are met.
Organising and packing curtains in preparation for delivery.
Undertaking general factory hand duties as required.
Handling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Supporting the team with a range of tasks and projects.
Operating machinery and power tools (training provided).




Assisting in a production line while ensuring quality control is maintained.
Picking and packing products efficiently and accurately.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or hands‐on role is highly regarded (but not essential).
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control is essential.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Forklift licence or machinery experience (desirable but not essential).
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
