Supported by ashared Property Management Assistant
No viewings– handled by our dedicated Leasing Consultant
No new management prospecting– we have a BDM for that
No end-of-month trust accounting– managed by our Trust Manager
No Property Condition Reports– outsourced to professionals
No routine inspections– handled by our in-house Inspection Team
This role allows you to focus on what you do best:building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Need
Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS)– essential
Previous experiencein Real Estate / Property Management – minimum 6–12 months required




Strong computer literacy – experience withProperty Tree, Process Street, and Inspect Real Estateis highly desirable
Excellenttime management and attention to detail
Professional presentationand strongcommunication skills
