This is an opportunity to lead and run a business, driving the performance required to realise its potential. The role is hands‑on and outcome-focused. You will be expected to operate in the business, make decisions and be accountable for performance.

Well-established and profitable medium‑sized enterprise
More than 100 employees across a national footprint
Multiple brands operating across several channels
Strong existing platform with further opportunity to scale

We are looking for someone ambitious and commercially minded. Someone who thinks independently, can move between strategy and operations,



and knows how to drive performance. We care more about the person than a particular industry background.

Has a track record of high performance and wants genuine responsibility
Thinks and acts commercially
Understands a business quickly and identifies where value can be created
Turns strategy into operating performance
Execution focused and accountable for outcomes
Strong leadership qualities and strong emotional intelligence
Comfortable making difficult decisions and being accountable for the result
Ambitious and capable of leading a business as CEO

You will have the support of PAN and access to our investment and operating experience. The opportunity is to lead a business, create value and build something meaningful.
