We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to step into this role immediately, while waiting for the new permanent incumbent to commence.

The People & Culture Manager will lead the people agenda for a growing and dynamic organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this is a senior prospect for a commercially minded HR qualified who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Your responsibilities will include
Leading the People & Culture strategy and broader HR function.
Providing trusted advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.
Managing employee relations, performance, remuneration and HR compliance.
Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Driving employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.

This is a temporary chance with an ASAP start.
