Duties
Manage day-to-day clinic administration and patient records
Coordinate scheduling across our Mentone and Frankston clinics
Deliver a warm, qualified experience for patients of all ages
Support a smooth-running, close-knit team

Skills & experience
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer literacy and a professional manner
A genuine interest in working with kids, teens, and adults
Dental/orthodontic experience welcome but not required — full training provided
4-day work week, 72 hours per fortnight — every weekend off
