Acting for a diverse mix of government, developer and private sector clients, the team is recognised for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and solid reputation in the market.Working within a growing and highly respected Planning & Environment team, you will advise on a broad range of litigation, advisory and transactional matters across both the public and private sectors.Key responsibilities include:Advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of planning, environmental and development-related mattersManaging contentious matters and supporting clients through regulatory, approval and litigation processesDrafting,



reviewing and negotiating complex transactional and project documentation; andContributing to high-value projects by delivering commercially focused and technically robust legal advice.The successful candidate will have:3+ years' PAE in Environment & Planning law gained within a reputable private practice environment.Strong analytical, research and drafting skills, with experience preparing legal advice and contractual documentation.The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team and build strong client relationships.On offer is the opportunity to join a leading Planning & Environment practice, work on high-profile matters for government and private sector clients, and benefit from a supportive culture with genuine career progression opportunities.
