Gardner Farm Child Care is seeking a Full time Diploma qualified to join our education and care team.

Essential Criteria:

Diploma qualification

NSW working with children's check

Geccko - National child safety training

Current First Aid & CPR qualification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have a proactive can-do attitude

Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Assist with the preparation and organisation of materials, resources, and equipment for children’s educational activities.

Support positive behaviour management and promote children’s social, emotional, and interpersonal development.

Plan, prepare, and facilitate engaging age-appropriate educational activities.

Engage children through storytelling, reading, games, and other interactive activities.





Maintain active supervision of children during recreational and group activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Support and supervise children throughout their daily routines, including transitions between activities.

Promote and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and assist children with age-appropriate hygiene routines as required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent ongoing position

Pay: $76000 to $81000 per annum plus superannuation
