Aloomba State School is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming workplace for students and staff.
This position is being offered in a Permanent Part time capacity (0.64FTE), 49 hours per fortnight.

About the Role:

Provide high-quality cleaning support to maintain an efficient, safe and pleasant school environment, ensuring all assigned duties are completed to the required standard in accordance with the approved school cleaning program and supervisor's expectations.

Responsibilities Include:
Clean and sanitise school facilities, furniture, equipment, floors, windows and outdoor areas; manage rubbish, graffiti, cobwebs and mildew; and maintain cleaning equipment.
Sweep, vacuum, hose, dust, buff,



strip and polish surfaces as required.
Activate and disarm security systems and lock/unlock school buildings as required.
Liaise with the Principal/Business Manager regarding cleaning supplies and report safety, security or maintenance concerns.
Complete additional cleaning tasks as directed.
