Rolla’s seeks a proactive Product Developer for our Women’s team to bring apparel collections to life across global markets. You will own the product pipeline from tech pack creation to final production approvals, including running fit sessions, building robust factory partnerships and ensuring every garment meets our standards on time, every time.
You will develop detailed seasonal specs and manage all sample stages, with a focus on denim and apparel quality and timely delivery.
