About the role

You'll play a key part in enhancing and managing a custom built in-house CRM system. In this role, you'll take ownership of a mature system - designing improvements, implementing new features, and ensuring its optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and improve our custom-built construction CRM
Design and implement new features and functionality
Work with MS SQL Server to develop and optimize databases for performance and scalability
Contribute to the entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services
Build and maintain applications using React.js, Redux, Next.js and Node.js
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code to ensure the reliability and performance
Identify prospects to improve system performance, reliability and usability

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

Essential experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is desirable, however, equivalent professional experience will also be considered.




Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining production CRM or enterprise systems
Proven experience working with React.js and Redux in the front-end codebase
Experience building and maintaining applications using Next.js
Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, including integration with caching layers such as Redis
Solid experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including designing, maintaining, and optimising complex stored procedures
Working knowledge of Debian Linux, including application deployment, basic server administration, and troubleshooting
Experience working in teams using Jira for task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and implementing current technologies

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
