You Must Have
Proven experience inà la carte table servicewithin a fast-paced, quality-driven venue
Strong knowledge ofwine service(confidence presenting, opening, and serving wine correctly)
Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence
The ability to manage a section independently
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
