Sales & Leasing Campaign Coordinator | Real Estate | Full time
An opportunity has become available for aSales and Leasing Campaign Coordinatorto join a well-established real estate business and provide hands‐on support across a busy sales operation.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the sales leadership team, you will assist with the coordination of property campaigns from listing through to post‐sale.
Your day‐to‐day will include:
Coordinating property marketing campaigns from start to finish
Booking and managing media, advertising and signboard requirements
Preparing property information, sales submissions, reports and client updates
Maintaining property listings and sales databases
Preparing buyer mailing lists and campaign communications
Coordinating brochures, e‐brochures, newsletters and promotional material
Liaising with photographers, printers, media providers and other external suppliers
Preparing weekly campaign updates and sales meeting minutes
Preparing marketing and sales invoices and following up payments
Preparing pre‐listing kits and coordinating their delivery
Assisting with property inspections, valuations and pre‐settlement inspections when required
Responding to client and customer enquiries
Assisting with pre and post‐sale administration
Providing general support to the sales team as required
ABOUT YOU




We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience inreal estate sales administration, sales coordination, campaign coordination or a similar role
Understands the pace and deadlines involved in running property campaigns
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is confident working with databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
Has an eye for detail and strong proofreading skills
Has an interest in property marketing and campaign presentation
Is comfortable communicating with agents, clients, buyers and external suppliers
Can prioritise competing deadlines without needing to be constantly directed
Enjoys working as part of a close‐knit team
WHAT'S ON OFFER
$70,000–$80,000 + super
Full‐time Monday–Friday position
