About this chance:
Office-based role — not a site or project management position
$70,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Central to daily operations — a key link between the office, the field team and clients
Established, growing team with clear processes and a supportive office environment
Your responsibilities:
Reviewing site reportssubmitted by technicians, checking they meet standard before they're sent to the client
Planning the week ahead— scheduling and allocating technicians to jobs, and estimating completion times
Coordinating jobs and ordersbetween clients and the field team, keeping everyone informed and on track




Acting as the go-to point of contactbetween the office and technicians in the field
Maintaining accurate job recordsand documentation
Supporting the smooth day-to-day runningof restoration projects from the office
To be considered for this role:
Proven experience in a project coordination, scheduling or resource-planning role — backgrounds inrestoration, building or facilities managementhighly regarded
Strong attention to detail, particularly reviewing technical or field reports for quality and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities at once
Confident communicator, equally comfortable liaising with clients and field technicians
Strong computer literacy, comfortable working across scheduling and job-management systems
