Job Description
The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) is seeking a Head Chef for Ascott Gardens, a 78-bed aged care facility in Orange.
You will lead Chefs, Cooks and Food Services Assistants to deliver high-quality meals and manage dietary needs with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
Role requires a Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent, 2+ years as Chef/ Cook Manager, and solid budget, menu planning and staff supervision skills.
