Our client, based in Heatherton, is a leading Australian supplier of cabinet materials and hardware, decorative surfaces, appliances, drawer systems, doors, and hinges. Due to continued growth, they are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join their busy manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, is physically fit, and is looking to build career with genuine prospects to progress into Machine Operating.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the production team with general support duties
Packing benchtops onto pallets, trolleys, and dollies
Feeding benchtops into wrapping machines
Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
Performing repetitive production and assembly tasks
Manual handling of products up to 25kg
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse workplace (advantageous but not essential)
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
The ability to perform repetitive manual work
Confidence with manual handling of up to 25kg
Good communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and follow instructions
A positive attitude and desire to grow within the business
