National Workforce is partnering with a highly successful client expanding their operations in Padstow due to significant growth. They are an advanced and forward thinking business offeringprogression prospects, including potential pathways into supervisory and labour management roles. You will be joining a friendly ambient warehouse setting reporting to a relaxed manager who focuses on encouragement, constructive advice, and letting you get on with the job.

The Role Working in a highly collaborative team currently consisting of 2 full time staff and up to 3 casuals, your day will be split roughly into 60% forklift operation and 40% manual pick and pack and container work, with some secondary admin tasks.

Your daily duties will include:
Starting the day by managing inbound freight and checking in goods
Picking and packing containers and processing a high volume of air freight checks
Utilizing the CargoWise WMS linked to ICS, with a full training system provided
General end of day warehouse clean up

Remuneration and Schedule




Base salary of $62,500 to $71,429 plus 12% Superannuation
Yearly bonus based on salary, with annual salary reviews taking place in March
Paid overtime is available, and due to current overflow, you will be required to work one paid weekend every 2 to 3 weeks

What You Need to Succeed
A Counterbalance license and experience is an absolute must
High Reach experience is also disreable
Robust knowledge of Bonded Freight and 77G or AA Biosecurity is a strict must
Ability to pass a National Police Check V301 to work in the bonded area, with 77G and AA finalized once online
Fit, healthy, and capable of comfortably lifting up to 25 kgs
