Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, maintaining a professional appearance, and greeting guests politely.




Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within set timeframes, replenishing and controlling guest supplies.
Report maintenance issues, unusual situations, and potential health and safety hazards promptly.
Follow all housekeeping policies, WH&S; guidelines, and hotel procedures, attending required meetings and training sessions.
What You'll Bring:
Proven ability to deliver high-quality housekeeping services with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Professional grooming standards and customer-focused approach.
Flexibility to assist across departments when required.
