We are seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join our Technology Team and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day technology experience of our people.
The role will be based out of our Sydney/Dubbo office.

The Opportunity:
WeareseekinganITSystemsSupportOfficertojoinourTechnologyTeamandplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-todaytechnologyexperienceofourpeople.TherolewillbebasedoutofourSydney/Dubbooffice.
ReportingtotheHeadofInfrastructure,you'llberesponsibleforprovidingresponsivefirst-levelITsupport,managingtechnologyassets,supportingemployeeonboardingandoffboarding,andworkingcloselywithourManagedServiceProvidertoensureissuesareresolvedefficiently.
Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoysahands-on environment, values strong customer service, and wants the prospect to develop their technical skills while working across a broad range of technologies and business systems.

Supportingsoftwaredeployment,deviceconfigurationandongoingtechnologymaintenance
WorkingcloselywithourManagedServiceProvidertomonitorservicelevelsandescalateissueswhenrequired
Assistingwithprocurementactivitiesandmaintainingappropriatetechnologystocklevelsacrossthebusiness
Deliveringusertraining,guidanceandsupporttohelpteammembersgetthemostfromtechnology
Helpingmaintaindocumentation,processesandoperationalproceduresthatsupportefficienttechnologyservices
About you:




You'llbringacombinationoftechnicalcapability,strongcommunicationskillsandagenuinedesiretohelpotherssucceedthroughtechnology.
Experienceworkinginatechnologysupport,helpdeskorITsystemssupportrole
WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoft365andMicrosoftdesktoptechnologies
Excellentcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalconceptsinaclearandpracticalway
Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttofollowingestablishedprocesses
Abilitytobuildpositiverelationshipswithinternalstakeholdersandexternalproviders
ExperiencewithITassetmanagementanddevicelifecyclemanagement
