Join a leading Australian manufacturer supplying premium horticultural and agricultural products nationwide. Due to continued growth, NX Blue is looking for reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join the warehouse and production team.

Day shift: Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm – enjoy an early finish!
Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday: 2:00pm – 12:00am
Immediate start available

⭐ About the Role
Working as part of the warehouse and production team, your duties will include:
Operating a forklift to safely load and unload trucks
Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse and production areas
Using RF scanners to record and track stock movements
Assisting with manual handling and general labouring tasks when required
Conducting stock movements and maintaining organised storage areas
Following all workplace health and safety procedures




Supporting the wider warehouse and production teams with day-to-day operational tasks

⭐ What We’re Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
Previous forklift experience
Warehouse, manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace
