This SRN Level 7 role leads a dedicated ED nursing team, promotes high-value patient care, and drives service improvements within a busy paediatric trauma setting.
You will partner with clinicians and allied health staff to deliver secure, family‐centred care, oversee clinical governance, and mentor junior nurses across a fixed-term arrangement up to 12 months
