Footsteps Community Services is recruiting two NDIS Support Coordinators in Brisbane to help people navigate the NDIS, understand their options and connect with supports.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, advocating for participant choice and coordinating budgets and services.
Experience in NDIS is valued, though not essential for the right candidate.
