About the role

As a Luxury Sales Associate you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalised and elevated customer experience while building long term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional, tailored customer service to a luxury clientele
Achieving individual and store sales targets
Building and maintaining solid client relationships through clienteling
Demonstrating strong product knowledge and brand storytelling
Maintaining impeccable visual standards and store presentation




Supporting daily store operations and working collaboratively within the team

About you

You are passionate about luxury retail, service excellence and creating meaningful customer experiences.

You will bring:
Previous experience in luxury retail (preferred)
A proven sales mindset with a client focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A polished and qualified presentation
