Duties
Sell assistive and healthcare equipment to clients within the community sector
Conduct timely equipment trials and product demonstrations
Support therapists and healthcare professionals with equipment solutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
Stay up to date with products, features, and services to provide expert advice
Manage customer interactions and records using CRM systems
Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs and budget targets
Travel regularly within the assigned sales territory
Skills & Experience
Strong sales aptitude and confidence in selling, with proven sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
Experience or knowledge of aged care or disability equipment (preferred but not essential)
Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
Physically capable of handling and demonstrating equipment
Willingness to travel regularly within the sales area
Working Arrangements
Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday
Field-based role covering Western Sydney and surrounding areas
