Job Description
Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team within the transportation network in Australia.
You will collaborate with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager to drive performance, monitor attendance and workflow, and resolve issues on the Back End Return to Station Shift (16:*****:00, Wed-Sat).
The role lives in a 24/7 setting and may shift with business needs.
You will be responsible for coaching staff, ensuring SOP adherence, and reporting Exchange
