About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.
In this Full-time position, you will be responsible forcoordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shiftperformance,maintainingsafetystandards, and ensuring orders are picked,loadedand dispatched accurately and on time.
You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.
You'llbe a great fit if you:
Havepreviousexperiencein awarehouse,logisticsordistribution environment
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
Hold a current forkliftlicenseand have strong forklift operating skills
Have a strong commitment to safety,qualityand operational excellence
Can coordinateworkloads,prioritisetasksand meet production deadlines




Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing setting
Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays asrequired
