The role:
This is a substantive role covering a broad mix of corporate finance, property and construction finance, asset finance, fund work, receivables financing, and PPSA advisory work.
You will handle both domestic and cross-border matters, advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on complex transactions with real commercial weight.
Expect exposure to adiverse range of responsibilities, including seeing you:
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional finance documents across a range of deal structures;
Advise financial institutions and corporate borrowers on complex financing arrangements;
Handle PPSA registrations, searches, and advisory matters;
Collaborate with Insolvency, Property, and Corporate teams on integrated transactions;
Manage cross-border and domestic finance matters from instruction through to settlement;
Support senior practitioners on high-value,



time-sensitive transactions; and
Provide pragmatic, commercially grounded advice to clients
You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside a senior partner with over35 years' experienceleading intricate finance and commercial matters—someone known for their deep technical expertise, practical advice, and mentoring approach.

About you:
You're aLawyer (1–3 years' PQE)with solid grounding inbanking & finance, orcommercial law.
You're commercially astute, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others.
