As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our vibrant, close-knit team.

Your Day-to-Day
Managing appointments (in person,



phone, and online) and assisting with patient enquiries
Handling payments via Medicare, Hi-CAPS, AutoMed, and EFTPOS
Updating patient records and completing admin tasks to keep the clinic ticking
Supporting a team that supports each other
What We're Looking For
Brings a positive, can-do attitude and loves helping others
Stays cool under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
Is reliable, organised, and ready to learn
Has flexibility to work across all three locations and is available on Saturdays
Experience with Best Practice and AutoMed is a bonus, but not essential.
