The role
You will manage engagements from initial strategy through to completion, guiding clients through financial challenges and supporting advisory and turnaround projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop strategies and manage the full lifecycle of insolvency and restructuring engagements
Oversee appointment requirements and communications with clients, creditors and other stakeholders
Analyse financial performance,



review businesses and model potential outcomes
Manage and mentor engagement teams, supporting their career development
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence in line with legislative requirements
Contribute to business development and build skilled relationships

About you
Experience managing complex corporate insolvency and restructuring matters
CA or equivalent qualification and a relevant tertiary degree
Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and insolvency principles
Financial analysis, problem-solving and MS Office proficiency
Clear stakeholder communication, attention to detail and a client-focused approach
