The role
Working closely with Partners and Managers, you will help manage corporate insolvency appointments, investigate company affairs and prepare financial information and reports for stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with the day-to-day management of liquidations, voluntary administrations and receiverships
Investigate company affairs and identify potential voidable transactions or misconduct
Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts, and monitor financial controls




Draft statutory reports for ASIC and creditors, maintaining compliant working papers
Build relationships with clients, creditors, legal advisers and other stakeholders
Contribute to business development initiatives where appropriate

About you
Relevant insolvency, restructuring experience
A relevant degree and CA/CPA qualification completed or underway
Robust analytical skills and an interest in developing an insolvency career
Clear written and verbal communication with close attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate in a changing workplace
