This position, which is located in our Sydney office, assists the Facilities Manager, ANZ. We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on this diverse role. You will have the chance to work across all facets of our business with variety in the job from day to day.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be comfortable dealing with face-to-face customer service and have the energy and enthusiasm reflected in our industry.

This role would suit someone entering the administrative landscape, who is willing to further their knowledge. Working predominately with the Facilities Manager, ANZ, the role will enable this person to learn on the job and develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities & Office Operations
Assist with workplace inspections and identify maintenance or operational issues
Liaise with the Base Building Management and use the Internal Portal for office maintenance issues
Ensure a consistently clean, protected, and fully stocked office workplace through proactive daily checks




Kitchen and Break Out Room duties
Oversee the presentation and readiness of meeting rooms
Ensure printers are always full of paper and toners are replaced when necessary
Assist as required for all offices located in ANZ region
Workplace Services & Employee Support
Help manage facilities outlook inbox and coordination of facilities requests
Assist with Sydney L33 Hosting space bookings
Support with Joiner/Mover/Leaver process including office inductions
Cover reception lunch break
Ensure notice boards are accurate and maintained across ANZ offices
Events & Hospitality Support
Assist teams and Executive Assistants with catering and event preparation
Assist with in-house events
Health, Safety & Compliance
Fire warden and/or First Aid duties when required
Attend Environment, Health and Safety meetings when required
Ad-hoc projects as required
