About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Proactively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels
Conducting market research to stay informed on local property trends
Organising and hosting open homes and private inspections
Negotiating property sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Collaborating with team members to share insights and best practices
Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Robust communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
A genuine passion for real estate and the local property market




A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
