Job Description
The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Senior (Complex) Case Manager in Darwin, NT.
This maximum term role focuses on intensive case management for participants with medium to high complexity within the Housing Support Program.
You will develop individual case plans, coordinate services, respond to critical incidents and support participants to stabilise, engage and thrive in a culturally protected environment.
