Randstad, on behalf of a leading Australian superannuation fund, is seeking an experienced Incident Management Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will own incident triage across internal teams and external partners, drive post-incident reviews, and oversee two direct reports while communicating risks and remediation to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years insuperannuation/banking/wealthmanagement, solid knowledge of APRA/ASIC standards, and proven ability to coach and
