We're looking for an experienced Communications Coordinator to join the brand and communications function of an Australian green AI tech company.
This role sits across external communications, investor relations and marketing.
You'll help develop corporate announcements, media releases and executive communications, then coordinate the internal review and approval processes required to publish them.
It's a hands-on role for someone who writes well, values accuracy and enjoys keeping complex communications organised.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external PR agencies in a quick-moving technology environment.
What you'll be doing
Drafting media releases, corporate announcements and executive communications
Coordinating internal reviews, approvals and publication processes
Supporting communications across external affairs, investor relations and marketing
Working with external PR agencies to coordinate proactive and reactive communications
Preparing briefs, background materials and approved responses
Maintaining company fact sheets, messaging documents and key corporate information
Keeping communications calendars, approval matrices and distribution lists up to date
Gathering and verifying information with internal subject-matter experts
Translating technical and corporate information into clear, accurate communications
Supporting the development of broader corporate narratives and messaging
Monitoring upcoming announcements, milestones and communications requirements
Ensuring published materials are consistent, accurate and appropriately approved




About you
You're a strong writer and a calm, methodical coordinator.
You understand that effective corporate communications require good judgement, accurate information and careful internal processes.
You'll bring:
Previous communications experience within publicly listed company
Experience drafting corporate announcements, media releases or similar materials
A strong understanding of formal review and approval processes
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
The ability to work with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts
Experience coordinating external PR or communications agencies
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with complex information
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
Sound judgement when working with sensitive or confidential information
Experience or a strong working knowledge of AI, technology or digital infrastructure
A genuine interest in the evolving AI industry
A proactive, organised and process-oriented approach
This isn't a media relations or spokesperson role.
Your focus will be on developing high-quality communications and coordinating the people, information and approvals needed to release them.
You'll work across high-profile communications at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure, helping an ambitious Australian technology company tell its story clearly and credibly.
You'll be part of a collaborative brand and communications team working across technology, investment and corporate affairs.
