About the role
You'll work across a varied paediatric caseload with a mix of clinic sessions and community visits, including:
Clinic-based and community-based therapy (homes + preschools)
Afterschool appointmentsand Saturday mornings
Report writing built into daytime scheduling
Assessments and interventions including:
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
Wheelchair / equipment assessments
Individual programs and after-school groups
More depending on your interests
Support is structured and consistent:
Fortnightly supervision for all clinicians
Monthly 1:1 with your line manager
Monthly team case study review
Weekly team meetings disusing learning + sharing points
A dedicated Head of Clinical Practice with 30+ years' experience:
provides supervision
supports group programs
co-treats and can join sessions when cases are tricky

Requirements:
Full Australian working rights
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
