Key Responsibilities

As a Butcher at Eastern Halal Butcher, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and cutting meat products according to customer requirements
Ensuring the quality and freshness of meat through proper handling and storage techniques
Operating and maintaining butchery equipment and machinery
Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation,



and ordering supplies
Providing exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations and answering queries
Maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Skill & Experience

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum 3 years experience working as a Butcher in a similar role
Robust knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation techniques
Excellent knife skills and the ability to handle butchery equipment safely
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
