Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on advanced carpentry and remedial works on-site.

• Lead and supervise trades/subcontractors and maintain productivity.

• Ensure adherence to WHS systems, inductions, and hazard controls.

• Maintain site quality assurance and workmanship standards.

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and defect reports.

• Problem-solve effectively and make timely site decisions.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Competent Tradesman with proven remedial experience.

• Background in waterproofing,



structural rectification, façade and balcony repair.

• Solid understanding of remedial building codes and construction details.

• Capable of leading trades and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

• Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

• White Card, driver’s licence, and reliable transport required.
