Join us as a Manager, Sustainable Service Providers & Operations, where you’ll build Rest's climate-first sustainable procurement approach for its service provider management. This is your chance to make a real contribution to the financial wellbeing of millions of Australians.

Supporting the climate-related financial disclosures project and working closely with finance and investments,



the role aims to assess and formalise Rest's management of climate-related risks and determine materiality in the context of Rest's workplace.
Develop and implement a climate-first sustainability approach for Rest's vendors, including methodologies to identify, assess, monitor and manage climate-related risks and opportunities including up-to-date slavery risks
Integrate climate change considerations into procurement and vendor management processes, including partnering with service provider managers to support them with due diligence, onboarding, contract requirements, and ongoing service provider management
Work closely with Finance to lead the measurement, management and reporting of workplace greenhouse gas emissions, particularly scope 3 service provider emissions management
Report into and contribute to the deliverables of the climate-related disclosure project
