Garfield’s is Carlton’s newest neighbourhood pizzeria, the first of three new venues in the King & Godfree building. A design-driven space serving wood-fired pizza, snacks, cocktails and wine celebrating simplicity, seasonality and quality ingredients. Fast, contemporary and proudly Italian in its own way — grounded in craft, shaped by culture and driven by people who care about doing things properly.
We’re building a tight, qualified kitchen team to work alongside our Head Pizzaiolo — people who take pride in detail, love learning and want to be part of something that will make a mark on Melbourne’s pizza scene. Both full time & casual positions available.
What You’ll Do
Work with our Head Chef to prepare and cook high-quality pizza in a fast-paced kitchen
Assist with dough prep, toppings, service setup and close-down
Maintain food safety, hygiene and station organisation
Contribute to a culture built on consistency, teamwork and pride
Use brand-current gear including our Marana oven
