About the Role

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our professional team and delivering a high‑quality experience to clients. Based in our Salisbury office, this role is ideal for an organised, detail‑focused individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced skilled services environment.

You will act as a central point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and client requests are handled efficiently and professionally. The role involves a combination of client communication, compliance administration, and general practice support.

What you'll be doing

Client Support
Collation and Preparation of financial and other reports for distribution to clients
Managing onboarding and offboarding clients
Tax return Administration and ATO liaison
ABN & ASIC Administration
Debtor Follow up
Interacting with clients via email and phone

Workflow Process
Facilitating the delivery of work to the team as per production plan




Complete end of job process and Invoice preparation

What we’re looking for
Minimum2+years experience
Hands‑on experience with XPM (Xero Practice Manager) is essential, including job management, workflow coordination, and invoicing support
Comprehensive knowledge of ATO & ASIC services and understanding of Australian law and policies pertaining to client data, on/offboarding requirements
Solid computer literacy, experience with accounting and workflow management programs an advantage
Confident enough to develop client relationships and build rapport with staff, business partners and clients
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A good team player and quick learner
