Job Description
Persol is seeking a QA Assistant for its food manufacturing client in Melbourne.
You will support the Quality team, perform routine lab testing, and help maintain food safety, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced production setting.
The role requires hands-on microbiology and documentation skills, familiarity with HACCP and GMP, and the ability to collaborate across Production and Sanitation to drive continuous improvement.
