The TheirCare Plus team is seeking a dedicated manager to lead our disability and child-focused program at the Bulleen Heights site.
You will oversee daily support for children with complex needs, design inclusive activities aligned with NDIS goals, and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
You will coach staff, liaise with families and schools, and maintain accurate documentation.
