We are seeking anorganised, proactive and detail-focused Vehicle Stock Controllerto join our growing automotive dealership team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate vehicle stock records across dealership locations
Monitor all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements
Coordinate vehicle arrivals, transfers, allocations and dealer swaps
ManageVINs, registrations, compliance and vehicle documentation
Tracknew, demo, display, sold, delivered and available stock
Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and status
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate withSales, Accounts, Service, Registration and Logistics teams
Monitor vehicles in transit and follow up outstanding arrivals
Ensure dealership systems and stock reports are accurate and updated daily
Assist with vehicle registration and delivery preparation processes
Assist withmonth-end stock reconciliation and reporting
Identify ageing stock and provide regular stock reports to management
Follow up missing documentation, invoices, registrations and vehicle information




Ensure stock processes comply with dealership and manufacturer requirements
About You
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident usingExcel, reporting tools and dealership management systems
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working across multiple departments and dealership locations
Automotive dealership experience is preferred
Previousvehicle stock control, dealership administration or registration experiencewill be highly regarded
