Program Leader, Communications & Marketing
The positionassiststhe Manager, Communications & Marketing tolead the delivery of the Communications & Marketing service for the community and Council.
Theroleisrequiredtoplan,coordinateanddeliver a high standardofengaging,relevantandeffective internal and externalcommunications,marketing,branding and graphic design,and corporate and civic eventsacross the organisation and in the community.
Tertiary qualifications and/or significant demonstrated experiencein communications, marketing, publicrelations,journalismora related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing communications and marketing functions, including strategic planning,



servicedeliveryand continuous improvement within a complex organisation.
Proven leadership and people management skills, including the ability to supervise, develop and motivate a skilled team to achieveorganisationalobjectives.
Experience developing and delivering integrated communications and marketingstrategies,campaignsandinitiativesacross a range of channels to support organisational outcomes.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $118,950 gross per annum
12% superannuation
annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
annual award increase
